Villa Ängby

The new retirement home in Knivsta has three floors and contains 56 apartments on an area of about 3,900 square meters. The building will receive the Passive House title according to the international standard. Passive House Institute , Environmental Building Silver for moisture and Energy Building Gold. Thanks to the passive house concept, Villa Ängby will be a building with minimal heating needs.
