In close cooperation with Arcona, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ailon group, Exengo has been designing the installations for the Påsen 15 project since 2018. The property is located in Hammarby sjöstad and is an old transformer workshop from the 1940s.

The old workshop has now been rebuilt and converted into micro-living and co-working space. Unity has created a community that supports today’s flexible lifestyle with fully serviced studio apartments, workspaces and facilities that make life and work blend together.

The Longstay hotel includes Studio apartments designed in collaboration with Tom Dixon, which are combined with workspaces. The premises also include a café, lounge areas, a gym, event spaces and workshops.

Exengo has been involved through program documentation, system documentation and finished construction documents for all installation systems.

Unity opened in the fall of 2021.
