Hotel Tegnérlunden is located in quiet Vasastan, right next to Tegnérlunden. The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation and is planned to house about 100 hotel rooms, a restaurant section, bar, roof terrace and a spa.
Exengo has carried out system documents and ongoing construction documents.
The hotel will be certified according to BREEAM-SE, level Excellent. The hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023.
