Station 1901

In central Roslags-Näsby, the Station 1901 residential neighborhood is being developed. The area is being built with an urban feel with attractive architecture and close to both green areas and restaurants. Station 1901 houses 110 apartments/roofed villas and seven townhouses.

Since winter 2020, Exengo has been working closely with Kusinkraft and designed construction documents for electrical and telecommunications systems. The buildings are being built in prefabricated modules and are expected to be completed and ready for occupation in 2022 and 2023.
