Spinneriet

In the attractive Södermalm area of Stockholm, close to Nytorget, the Spinneriet residential block is being built. The block is an extension of Bondegatan next to Barnängen and Vitabergsparken. Shops and services are planned for the ground floors.

The building contains 88 condominiums. Exengo has been involved in the program documentation and system documentation and performed energy and daylight calculations. The project will be certified under the Nordic Ecolabel. These homes are built with care for the environment and the people who will live in them. The spinnery is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2023.
