Skytteholm sports ground

Skytteholm sports ground, a central part of Solna’s sporting history since its inauguration in 1967, is facing an extensive modernization. The project aims to transform the facility into a state-of-the-art football arena that meets current and future requirements – both in terms of functionality, accessibility and capacity.

The project involves a comprehensive renovation of the facility with new stands, expanded training areas and state-of-the-art facilities. AIK’s women’s team and Vasalund’s men’s team will have a new home pitch that meets the requirements for elite football, while children’s and youth activities will have access to improved changing rooms, gyms, offices and common areas.

The project is being implemented in stages with construction scheduled to start in 2025. When Skytteholm IP is completed, Solna will have a top-class sports facility – ready to meet the needs of the future.

Exengo is responsible for the design of installations in automation and control, electricity, telecommunications, lighting, plumbing and energy.
