Sergelhuset

Vasakronan’s properties in Kv. Hästskon 12 is located next to Sergels Torg on Sveavägen, Malmskillnadsgatan and Hamngatan. The buildings have been completely renovated, modernized and supplemented. A brand new building has been constructed on Hamngatan and at Sergels Torg, a new pavilion and staircase will connect the site to Malmskillnadsgatan. The total area of the properties will be increased from 65,000 square meters to approximately 80,000 square meters after renovation/new construction.

Vasakronan has signed a lease agreement with King, one of the world’s leading mobile gaming companies, which will take over six floors of the former bank premises at Sergels Torg with an area of 11,500 square meters. Stureplansgruppen also rents large areas for events and conferences, as well as a restaurant with a roof terrace. The neighborhood will be more accessible with a mix of smart office solutions, shops and restaurants, and housing.

Exengo has since the fall of 2015 participated in the project for Vasakronan with development and design in the disciplines of Electricity, Telecommunications and Lighting and as installation coordinator.
