Seldonet

The new Sigtuna stadsängar district aims to be Sweden’s most sustainable. One of the blocks being built is Seldonet, with Veidekke as the builder and Obos as the end customer. The block will have 53 apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor. The building is certified according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and also has the ambition to reach level 2 of 3 in Sigtuna stadsängar’s own sustainability program, which requires a solar cell system and low energy use.

Exengo takes on the role of energy coordinator and has performed energy balance calculations and daylight simulations from the system document and continues all the way to the final construction document.
