A stone’s throw from Stockholm city center is one of Mengus’ large office buildings. Mengus has invested heavily and considers it to be one of Sweden’s best office buildings with conditions for the tenants’ employees to perform at their best and at the same time feel good with a balance in life. The building is located right by Hagaparken and Brunnsviken, with a gym in the building, which helps to create well-being and health in the workplace.

For several years, Exengo has helped with various tenant adaptations in the building. In 2021, major work began on the building’s shared Meeting Labs. A conference facility with a high technical level of sound, light, systems and climate, all to create an optimal meeting place with a unique expression!
