With a high and free location right on the border between Bredäng and Mälarhöjden, three point houses are being built. The homes are constructed with prefabricated bathroom modules and are designed to meet the Nordic Swan Ecolabel .

Exengo has carried out the design of electrical and telecommunications systems, plumbing, control and automation and performed energy calculations.

The homes are being built for North according to VeidekkeMax concept.
