Kv Skålen

In Hagastaden, close to Torsplan and Norra Tornen, the office property Skålen 24 – FENIX – has recently been acquired and faces great development opportunities. The old factory building will be converted into offices and fitted with a new facade, and the existing building will be renovated with new technical systems, new elevators, creating new floor plans and finishes for a modern end product.

Exengo is currently involved in the preparation of construction documents for this 19,000 sqm building with development opportunities containing 6,000 sqm of office space and an adjacent residential property. Exengo performs design in the disciplines of Electricity, Telecommunications, Lighting, Control and Energy.

Kv Skålen will be certified according to BREEAM-SE , level Excellent.
