Kv Ringsjön, Skanskvarnskolan

Exengo participated in the two initial phases (investigation and proposal document phase) of the redevelopment and extension of Skanskvarnskolan. The aim of the refurbishment was to increase the number of pupils from around 600 to around 960 and to provide the school with a new catering kitchen and sports halls. This was done by rebuilding existing buildings and by an extension of about 4,500 square meters containing a kitchen, canteen, sports hall and dormitories. The original buildings of the school date from 1945. The design of the construction documents started in early 2019 and the final parts will be ready for occupation in mid-2023.
