SEB is gathering large parts of its operations in Stockholm and creating workplaces for 4,400 employees in Arenastaden. The project consists of 3 interconnected office buildings with a GFA of about 90,000 m2, which are expected to be completed and put into use in two stages with occupancy in 2017 – 2018. The buildings are being constructed at Stjärntorget and Pyramidvägen, right next to the Mall of Scandinavia and just a stone’s throw from Friends Arena. In addition to workplaces in a varied office landscape, the buildings contain a variety of service and support functions. A restaurant and cafes on the ground floor, with parking facilities at the bottom of the building.

SEB’s new office has a very ambitious environmental profile and is designed to achieve environmental class BREEAM-SE , level Excellent.

Exengo has the task of being part of Veidekke’s installation management, being responsible for coordinated functional testing and developing test and control programs, as well as participating in the operational phase and monitoring requirements regarding energy optimization. The work started in spring 2015 and continued until spring 2018.
