Kv Mullvadsberget, also known as Zinko, spreads along Hornsgatan in Södermalm, midway between Hornstull and Zinkensdamm. The property consists of five different buildings with approximately 10,300 square meters of rentable commercial space, garage and courtyard. The property is to be completely renovated and an extension added to one of the houses.

Exengo has been involved since the start of the project with early investigations, system documentation phase and ongoing construction documents. On behalf of Arcona, installations are designed in all installation areas.
