Exengo has been involved in the design with the aim of classifying the property as a permanent school. As part of this work, designs have also been made to convert the ground floor from a car workshop to a school. In connection with these works, a number of property measures have also been planned, such as replacing an existing glass roof with a new one and reviewing the outdoor environment. A number of measures have been taken to improve the technology, including the replacement of all control and monitoring installations throughout the building, and new lighting in stairwells and public areas.

The design of the building was originally carried out for offices and an experimental and claims handling workshop for the insurance company Folksam.
