Kv Fatburen

Kv Fatburen is owned and managed by AMF . The departure of the two largest tenants, the Swedish Tax Agency and Apoteket, created an excellent opportunity to develop the building into the workplace of the future. This was done through extensive design of the building’s technical installations. The total area is 46,000 square meters, which includes rental premises, entrances, atriums and transport areas throughout all the buildings.

Exengo has participated in most of the property’s tenant adaptations between 2013-2020, such as. DICE , Usine , Epidemic sound, Epic games, KSL, Civilekonomerna, Vårdguiden, Svanen, Projektel and Briab.

In the building’s entrances, Exengo has also been involved in designing “light cubes” in collaboration with Studio Stockholm .
