At the intersection of Tellusborgsvägen and Bäckvägen in Midsommarkransen, a building with a total of 47 tenant-owned apartments and a garage is being built, Brf Boston. A natural variation with changing colors and shadows when the light hits the brick facade.

Exengo was commissioned to design installations in plumbing, electrical and telecommunications systems, control and automation and energy coordination. Boston is a building project with prefabricated bathroom modules and is designed to meet the requirements for a Nordic Swan Ecolabel building.
