KV Brädstapeln 13

The long narrow brick office building facing Fleminggatan, which is part of the well-known Trygg-Hansa building, built in 1972-1973, will undergo a complete interior renovation. Designed by Anders Tengbom and Stefan Salamon, the building is classified as blue according to the Stockholm City Museum’s classification system.

The building will have completely new installation systems for heating, air conditioning, electricity, lighting and will be designed for greater flexibility in terms of office tenant space. The current technical room on the roof, currently containing the air handling system, will be prepared for offices when new air handling systems are installed in the building’s garage.

The building will be certified according to
BREEAM-SE
, level Very Good. Certifying a refurbishment is complex and places high demands on the design.

Exengo carries out the design of all installation systems except sprinklers.
