Hus 01 Börshuset

A new district is emerging in Slakthusområdet. The existing building, House 01: Börshuset, was placed just outside the boundary of the Slaughterhouse area next to the main entrance. The house is one of the most prestigious Art Nouveau buildings in the area and has housed a hotel, restaurant, bank as well as a telegraph station during its 100-year history.

The building is being renovated to accommodate modern offices and is scheduled for completion in early 2024. Exengo has performed inventory and reuse analysis, program/system phase and now construction document design for HVAC, control and energy systems. The building will be classified according to Breeam in use.
