In Solna’s well-known 50s building Hagahuset, a four-star hotel is now being built. Hotel Giò . The hotel offers 180 rooms and kitchens, of which 35 are studios with their own kitchenette, suitable for longer stays. There is also a gym, a bar, a restaurant, a terrace and a large living room that can be used for everything from working to mingling. The building, owned by Fabege, is inspired by architect and designer Giò Ponti’s contemporary Pirelli building in Milan.
Exengo has carried out the design up to the construction document, in close cooperation with the electrical contractor and Fabege.
