Höga Loftet 1

Höga Loftet was built at the end of the 18th century and is located high on Mariaberget in Södermalm. SH pension owns the property, in 2021 it was decided that they would move into the property themselves. The unique premises have high ceilings, stucco, wood paneling, old tiled stoves and magical views of the old town and the Knight’s Fjord.

Exengo entrusted Einar Mattsson to carry out a tender for SH pension’s new office premises in the disciplines of plumbing, electrical and lighting design. An exciting assignment that required smart and discreet solutions that interact with the unique architecture.

SH pension moved into its new premises in the fall of 2022.
