Haymarket by Scandic

Scandic’s first signature hotel is located in the middle of Hötorget in Stockholm city center Haymarket the former PUB department store. The famous hotel’s 20s-inspired design is evident in the hotel’s two street-level restaurants – Greta and Paul. The hotel also has 405 hotel rooms, including 16 suites, an event floor, conference and meeting rooms, a cinema, gym and bar spread over 16,500 square meters.

Exengo has designed all installations in Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, Building Automation and HVAC. Our energy specialists were involved in the environmental certification of the building, which is now Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
