Fisksätra center

Stena Fastigheter has a future vision of a more vibrant Fisksätra Centrum by 2030. Completed in the mid-70s, the centre will undergo a major modernization and refurbishment in 2022/2023. Large parts of the center property, about 8,000 square meters, will get new technical installations and new entrances with upgraded lighting to create a safe and pleasant center.

Demolition and preparatory work is currently underway. Exengo has been entrusted with the electrical engineering and lighting design. The refurbishment is planned to be completed by winter 2023/2024.

Fisksätra center will be certified according to BREEAM-SE level Very Good.
