Erstagården

Erstagården is located in Hästhagen in Nacka Municipality. The existing building will undergo a complete renovation and a small extension. The property will contain a nursing and care home divided into 6 departments with a total of 60 apartments and an associated outdoor environment.

Exengo has carried out the overall design.

The electrical design is carried out for Rhodin & Eklund and the ventilation design for Caeli.
