Coop Tumba

Coop Fastigheter is planning a new property east of Tumba center of about 10,000 sqm. Of these, areas are planned for a gym, a grocery store of about 3,700 square meters on the ground floor and a tennis hall on the upper floor. Tumba Tennisklubb has signed a 15-year lease with Coop Fastigheter for a 4,200 square meter facility with four regular tennis courts and two paddle tennis courts.

Exengo is responsible for designing the framework document for HVAC, electrical engineering and control in the project.
