Cederhusen

Cederhusen belongs to the category of the world’s largest inner-city residential timber houses and consists of 10-13 storey building blocks with about 235 residential apartments. The unusual building design and the location on top of the Eugenia tunnel in Haga city make the buildings unique.

Exengo has been commissioned by Veidekke to design HVAC, energy, electrical engineering and telecom systems for the project, which is carried out with sustainable construction for reduced climate impact.
