Biomedicum – KI

Exengo’s mission in the project was to assist Karolinska Institutet’s project manager with technical expertise throughout the project. The tasks varied from technical issues concerning laboratories, preparation of technical documentation for procurement of equipment according to LOU, technical project management, coordination, implementation of procurements from start to finish including handover and assisting in the training of staff.
