On the old airfield in Järva, a housing block consisting of four residential buildings with associated garages and an adjacent preschool is now being built. The dwellings are made with prefabricated bathroom modules and will be designed according to Nordic Swan Ecolabel .

Exengo carries out the design of HVAC and automation, and performs energy calculations.

The homes are being built for North according to VeidekkeMax concept.
